The NAD Enrolls Disabled Pupil Back To School

The Founder of the The New African Development (NAD), a non-governmental organization (NGO), Joseph Youpaab Tiibe led a team to visit Banuman Christopher Konlan, a vibrant and intelligent 10-year-old boy from Bimbagu-Puli in the Bunkpurugu-Nakpanduri district of the North East region, unfortunately dropped out of school due to his disability.

He made a donation of a wheelchair, uniforms, books, crutches and other learning materials.

The New African Development (NAD) also paid full tuition for Banuman Christopher Konlan to ensure ghat he goes back to school.

The New African Development (NAD), vision is to ensure that every child, regardless of their circumstances, has the opportunity to realize their potential and contribute to a prosperous, sustainable future.

 

The Sustainable Development Goal Eight, which Ghana has signed, aims to promote inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment, and decent work for all including persons with disabilities.

Mr. Konlan Dalubinin, the Father of Banuman, expressed his excitement

“I am happy that Banuman has the necessary items such wheelchair, crutches, school uniforms, and other necessities to enable him to return to school and pursue his dream of becoming a doctor. Thank you to The New African Development and the journalist for your support.”
