The New African Development (The NAD) is an non-governmental organization deeply rooted in personal experiences that triggered a profound commitment to fostering sustainable development across Africa. Our CEO, growing up experienced challenges that quickly curbed his childhood robbing him of safe, found and loving childhood memory. As such The NAD is founded with a vision of building a society where every child has the right to survival, prorotection, development and participation.
At The NAD, we believe in the power of personal experience and local knowledge. We aim to work, starting within ourselves to find the solutions to our problems, even as we create safe, nurturing and enabling environments for children in our societies to grow responsible adults. Our approach is to develop culturally relevant, sensitive and sustainable solutions to problems via all our interventions/initiatives.
